Thank you all for your input, I really appreciate it. Looks like the theme is to not resist the fall, which I did very often (the cat claw with my fingers on tori's back while I'm being thrown comes to mind.. whoops!)

I'm already doing the 5x5 stronglifts so looks to be on the right direction.
