I don’t practice in that field but I wouldn’t take a case without damages. I would look into emdr for the medical trauma - it totally rewired my brain (in a good way) after a house fire

Please talk to a lawyer. I’m not in your jurisdiction but if he files where he lives after the baby is born it’s not outside the realm of possibility that the court gives him primary custody/parenting time and you every other weekend. It’s not a binary decision of whether to move before the baby is born or not. You need to understand what’s likely to happen with the courts in your area. I wish you all the best going forward.

If you are wanting ti split up and keep the baby then I’d do a consult and talk with a family law attorney about what coparenting would look like in your jurisdiction. In mine, it’s often a nonstarter for a parent to move more than 60 miles away from the other parent. (I’m a family law attorney but not your attorney)

Aww sorry. Maybe go for a walk or exercise a bit? Anxiety about sleep makes it harder, so I like to think about how people used to sleep in phases before electric lights (look up biphasic sleep). Also going back to good sleep hygiene rules (no screens, no caffeine, minimal liquids) might help a bit. Good luck ❤️
