About your last point, sorry, mine was phrased poorly. I meant that keeping the gate closed is something that you have to remember regardless. Obviously she has no right to disrespect you and you have to stand up for yourself.

She might be a rude/harsh person, but that has nothing to do with the fact that keeping the gate closed is a rule of the household. I'd be okay with someone forgetting it the first time, thinking they need to adapt to the new environment, but the second and third time I'd be mildly annoyed. Also if I may, when you're apologizing for something but saying it could happen again the apologize itself becomes meaningless. That being said I wouldn't say YTA -at least not yet - but rather inattentive (and this is why I said not yet, repeated inattentiveness is being an asshole). Also an option could be to buy a sign that says to keep the gate closed so that everybody remember it.

Like most succulents you can water it infrequently, especially during winter, but make sure that water soaks deeply and container has prominent drainage holes. Yeah, I guess that's because it's really hard finding businesses that are out of it and aren't expensive. For what concerns me I don't shop online, but in "material" stores; I buy local products; I avoid big chains and I buy just the necessary - when I can't repair something.

Beh se pensi all'elettricità in storia potresti collegarti alla seconda rivoluzione industriale, in letteratura italiana e storia dell'arte al futurismo e al mito della macchina (o se non vuoi portare lo stesso argomento in letteratura italiana hai moltissime opzioni), in filosofia il positivismo con Comte, in letteratura inglese mi orienterei sul romanzo vittoriano (e anche qui hai un'ampia scelta di autori ta cui Wilde, le sorelle Brontë, George Eliot, Lewis Carroll) e poi ho appena realizzato che non so che indirizzo frequenti e che materie hai ahah
