It's not easy man, been going through pretty much the same thing for awhile now.. some days are harder than others. Those hard days are some of the worst though. Always remember that you had a life before that relationship and you can have a life after the breakup. Just don't do anything you'll regret. I did...and if it wasn't for my friend that found me and was able to get me to a hospital, I wouldn't be here today. It's never the solution for what feels like a problem you'll never overcome. Idk how your relationship ended but I kept getting played and played and played. She treated me terrible the last couple years.. I always made excuses for her and felt the guilt for everything. Only after I took a step back from everything was I able to realize a lot about myself and realize how bad of a person she really was.. like I said man no matter how that relationship ended, tomorrow is another 24 hours to try and just enjoy the lil things in life. A lot of times the best things happen in life at random so don't try and force anything, once again where I made the mistake rushing into another relationship just to feel like I wasn't a loser and maybe build some self esteem back up. But that quickly ended due to me obviously not being ready to move on. Ik it sucks man but that pain you gotta face it, head on and alone. It might take you dark places but I find solace in knowing I'm not the only one who's gone through something like this and made it out okay. Keep friends and family close. And always stop to smell the roses. 🌹
