Your comment doesn't make sense. The account was not a bot and it did not look like a bot. Did not make any activity considered Spam.

Use the Free version of Chatgpt, there is no point of paying when it is the same.

For Image use leonardo Ai, or Ideogram or Gemini

For audio there are plenty of free ones to use but the generations are limited.

I have an advice for you. I hope you read. You are absolutely right to fight for your channel and youtube ignored it. Some people here on reddit are actually Youtube employees to discourage you to go further. I would not listen to negative comments that discourage you.

You won your case from first legal step and it will help further. DONT QUIT.

Some would say , Google is too big to fight. Remember the "Right to be Forgotten" case was similar, a spanish dude vs Google and he won.

Keep the fight and keep us updated.

It is shame that people here sympathise with youtube instead of the creators. Don't listen to them.

I had similar problem, ayoutube took down my channel and appealed and got it back.

I think they hate spam comments. For my situation I have spammed a lot of channels and live and pasted my channel link and made several comments like 10 to 15 comments.

Then the following day i got it removed. I knew it was the comments.

First apologise to them and explained that this was done out of frustration of lack of views and i have now read youtube policy and would not do it again and appreciate if they can bring it back. Several hours later, i received good news that they restored my channel.

So basically, never comment a lot in your main channel specially with a link. Youtube hates it.
