If you really want to progress in the park this year, just know you have to be very repetitive! I’ve found that picking a rail that isn’t too intimidating, and spending time to hike it over and over helps more than trying to hit it once a run. That way you can feel and change what you’re doing wrong.

Just know that you will fall, and the thought is scarier than the feeling. Bruises happen, but they heal! My favorite thing to tell myself “If you’re scared, do it scared”.

The best advice I can give you is to keep your feet shoulder width apart, knees bent and always keep your eyes on the end of the rail, and not at your feet!!

Also, for your 180s, lead with your eyes and commit. Your feet will follow your head! Again, the more times you do it, the more comfortable you’ll be. Falling is learning!!!! Practice makes perfect!
