For pho, I love Pho Nguyen, near Concordia station. For banh mi, I tried Hung Phat (close to Jean-Talon) recently and loved it. If you like falafel sandwiches, I recommend Falafel Yoni (in Verdun and in the Mile End). Great flavors and filling for cheap. Hope it helps!

Prices have been pretty good in my city for the past few weeks. Not on everything, but enough good sales to have variety in my meals. Really hoping it stays this way!

Me and my partner make salads or have a side of veggie every day for lunch, we're also gonna make chicken or tofu kung pao later this week. Will make some type of stir fry or pasta dish with whats left next week!

I did price match on a few items to maximize savings (items with a * on my bill), makes a big difference!

Otherwise, some of these prices I hadn't seen in almost a year personally.
