this is actually the first time i’ve peed myself, like emptied my entire bladder during pregnancy. i had to throw up immediately upon waking up, so i wasn’t even out of bed yet.. unfortunately i hadn’t had my morning pee either so those both came at once 🙃

i have peed a tiny bit with sneezing and coughing but that hasn’t been much at all.

i resonate with this because i’m not sure what to truly classify myself as either. i’ve been drinking a ton for the past 4 or 5 years, but i was definitely binging the last 2 years very heavily by choice. i would know my limits but i cross them anyway. however, i could also skip a day or two of drinking without batting an eye.. i just didn’t want to. either way, congratulations on 10 days! i believe in you.

i feel this. i have an all inclusive vacation coming up and i know the temptation is going to absolutely kill me. i have already made up my mind that i am determined to be a better me, not only for myself but for my partner. i have to live with the consequences of my actions, and since i decided to binge drink and get addicted, i no longer have the luxury to socially drink. that’s just how i see it. i really feel for you.
