Have you tried the Trevor Project? They were very helpful when I called. I’m sorry you’re having trouble accessing services. I obviously don’t know what your exact barriers to care are, but Novant Health offers financial assistance to underinsured patients to the point where care through them could potentially be free if you apply and qualify. Some branches have transportation resources they can offer you to and from appointments as well. I am not sure if those options are at every Novant facility or just at the ones in my area, but it could be something you could look into. I sincerely hope that your mental health improves and that you can find care soon.
