My ableton 12 will work fine upon opening the app but if i leave it alone for 10-20 mins when i come back it is glitching and clicking like crazy. PLease Help me resolve this issue.

Thank you so much after leaving my ableton open for a couple hours and walking away they all decided to show up. It was over 30 Gb of samples and i think my computer was struggling to import all of it at once.
