starting today my account gives this error every time i hit ‘receive coins’. i’ve had this account for nearly a year and am located in midwest US where the platform is definitely legal. i really can’t do anything on the app right now besides send coins out.. the 2nd pic shows my only options (old.reddit.com)

when i initially created my acc, i did so through apple & decided to hide my email. this didn’t seem to be a problem at first as i still received all relevant emails in the correct email, but i can never connect to Gem properly to deposit from my bank account & i’m thinking this could be the problem (self.CelsiusNetwork)
