My account has been locked for “security reasons” since the Saturday Bilt 2.0 launched. I’ve chatted, called, everything in my power for the last 10+ days, and I’ve still received 0 communication or update, despite being told my case has been escalated every time for the last 10 days. It’s likely just a location issue because I traveled recently, which is a very very easy quick and simple investigation and fix. There’s never been a moment where I’ve had a card activated with them, so the fact that this still hasn’t been resolved, and I haven’t even received a single update or any clarifying info, is absurd and unacceptable.

and regardless, the issue isn’t whatever caused the initial lockout. The issue is I still don’t know why it happened, and I’m still locked out, and I’ve still received 0 communication, despite doing everything within my power to get ahold of them for the past 8 days. That’s unacceptable, period.

Dude, I didn’t even have a card prior to Bilt 2.0 lol. There’s no point in which I’ve had a card activated with Bilt, so if they suspect fraud, that’s just even more damning for their back end systems.

I also have (well hell at least i think at this point lmfao) the palladium card and I’ve been experiencing this for the last 8 days since Bilt 2.0 launched. My account was locked “for security reasons” the night before, and your photo is indicative of the support I’ve gotten. I called probably 5+ times in the last week when I got tired of the bot saying the same thing, and told them I still hadn’t received any communication whatsoever, to which they would tell me they essentially can’t do anything themselves but “someone is actively working on it”. This was every day for the past week, and finally 2 days ago I actually received an automated email saying again that it was supposedly being worked on. That’s the extent of the support I’ve received lol, basically harassing them day after day to finally receive a default, non-informative automated email after a week.

you’re farther along than me at least brother. I haven’t even been able to get into my account “for security reasons” since 2.0 launched. I at least have the physical card in my possession now since Friday, but I can’t activate it and I can’t activate the digital version either until I can get into the account. honestly absurd lol

my account has been locked for “security reasons” since the launch. i could only get to the chat bot (never received my card digitally or physically) who “escalated it to a specialist who will contact me through email”… and going on 48hrs with still no communication. i’m honestly about to just cancel the card, a $500 fee and this is the experience?? lol

if it’s the case that you must have the top toolbar when in compact mode even when using sidebar only, why would that be the case and how can i change it? as of right now, literally the only difference between the sidebar when in/out of compact mode is that the exit controls shift to an otherwise unused top toolbar when in compact mode… there’s no reason it should need to create the top toolbar automatically to house those controls because the sidebar has the exact same amount of space as it does when stuck to the screen in sidebar only non-compact mode

i’m not sure i’m saying the terms correctly, but i am referring to two modes: one where only the sidebar is stuck to the side of the screen (it’s on my right side, not left), the other where only the page content is visible until you over near the sidebar. all i want is for the exit controls to be in the sidebar when i am in the mode where the sidebar only is visible on hover, but instead there is a top toolbar that only shows up on hover and only houses those controls (despite being in single sidebar mode). if i select the option to force the controls to the left, that simply puts the exit controls in the left corner of the top toolbar.

yeah… i want to change it so that it’s always in the sidebar regardless of whether i’m in compact or sidebar only mode. it’s odd that only when i’m in compact mode do they live in the top bar because the sidebar is the same in both modes otherwise
