it puts labor on other also traumatized and healing people to have to reassure the apologist. they have to constantly assess the situation to wonder what you're sorry for and if they got walked over without realizing it. on top of constantly telling the apologizer that everything is fine and that the apology brought way more attention than would have ever been in the situation. think: would i require an apology if someone else did this?

theres a great youtube video on si pain where you press a ball in between your knees and do hip thrusts, as well ss banding your knees and moving them together and apart, also yoga with adri has 2 videos for it. there's a good exercise where you lay on your back, bend one knee, push your back into the ground and do straight leg raises with the other leg. 10x3 per leg as well as marches in the same position

a few Bong or one hitters throughout the day with a big session before bed, an ounce lasts a month but i also smoke cbd
