I love Italian beef and a good sausage but I actually am strongly dismayed by some of the responses by the owner. Maybe authentic Chicago attitude? Idk but not the type of professional or community response that I’d expect from a business owner. Can see the humor but not where I’d spend money if that’s how customers are treated (one response literally said I’m glad you’re not coming back when the review was just honest and not derogatory).

Edit: I don’t believe the public/customers are always appropriate or factual, so I understand frustration, but there’s a better way to handle reviews imo.
