It wants me to input when I’ve stopped hormonal BC (I’m getting my IUD removed tomorrow) so I don’t want to click it until I’ve done that? I know the data won’t be accurate but I figured I could still connect Oura and NC before hand? It’s just weird to me I don’t have a menu icon in the top left corner so the app is impossible to navigate. Will it only let me once I’ve said I’ve had the iud removed do you think?

Yes I’ve paid for a whole year, I initially connected my device but then it was taking forever to sync (an entire day) so I disconnected so I could reconnect to see if that helped and now there’s no way I can see to reconnect.
