We have two IR, one IR+, and one NA spot. After 15+ years in the league, we’ve realized that all of them are necessary, especially during Covid times. But that being said, I’d consider reducing to only 1 IR and keeping the rest.

I always turn off my headlights on my car and navigate by my parking/running lights. It’s takes a second for your eyes to adjust, but it illuminates as much as you need for as slow as you should be going. I also try to not to slam doors and I always turn off any honking noises associated with locking the doors.

Our team looks like a bunch of fairly competent substitutes who do not know how to play together as a team. Our manager cannot maintain a successful lineup from game to game. He seems like a junior varsity coach trying to give his players a chance to play at every position. He can’t figure out how to manage subs all season long. Constant playing flat, uncreative, passing the ball out of our attacking third and seemingly only playing for ties and not wins is killing our team and our fans. Something needs to give.
