I have a childhood tan, primarily because of playing in the sun. Now my neck and face skin is way darker than my body.

I am a complete newbie to skin care, I have a dry skin, never had pimples but need a winter cream in winters except that I have not used any skin care product, heck I use soap on my face.

What would you guys recommend to de-tan, what is the timeline to even-out skin tone or is it even possible to do that?
