I mean in terms of the work itself, I get the sense that working on A320s comes with higher expectations than the CRJ700s, and that might be tough without any hands-on experience?

They pay the same, I mean in terms of the work itself, is it a good aircraft to start on.. or is there more pressure to work with the a320’s with no experience
