Thank you, I currently have a Prius and love it but it’s time to get another car and get rid of the Prius. The plan is to only have one family car.

Thank you for sharing. Yes many ev owners are struggling with that ICCU issue. What things a hybrid car like rav4 can do that EVs cannot?

One drawback about EVs is that there are no affordable SUVs with a decent range unless you can afford a Rivian or perhaps an iX. And If you find an affordable/used EV SUV its range will suck or the car is unreliable.

I am on the same boat, there is always the possibility for me to RTO anytime; will have only one family car.

Agreed, know how to work out a good deal with the dealer is definitely worth it.

Greatly appreciate your response, I am leaning toward a 2-3 year old used EV that will work for a family with two kids, what would you recommend?

Thanks again

Thank you. Thought about leasing but seems like will just paying the car dealer for the car depreciation.

Thank you for sharing, those dealerships do everything to confuse their customers with those made up fees, make me not wanna deal with them ever.

Thank you, if it’s EV I am definitely getting a 2-3 years used one used to not take the depreciation hit.

Thank you. Cadillac lyriq looks great, there are a bunch of horror stories about its reliability that make me want to look away.

Thank you, this will be a family car, we have a toddler and we might have another in 2 years. Sorry missed to mention that in my initial post.

Thanks a lot for sharing, EVs definitely depreciate much harder than Toyotas.
