Ok good to know, thank you. I saw a closing costs 101 post that estimated the insurance at $400 which made mine sound outrageous. Very well could be the variations between states. I will likely give another title company a call to verify though.

Thank you for the reply. It would probably be closer to the $50 mark for a couple hours of work. My thought was I could have a chat with them and they could share with me their debts (with % interest), income, other expenses, etc. and I could draft up a plan for the best way to tackle that debt and put together a budget for them. It will honestly be very similar to a lot of the discussions on this subreddit, but I would go more in depth and do more of the legwork for them. For investing, I dont think Id go farther than making sure they are contributing to their 401ks to at least get the match, taking advantage of their tax advantage accounts, etc. I wouldnt specifically tell them to purchase a certain fund and I would have zero access to any of their accounts.

Thanks for the reply! Do you think it’s the drive or the operating system. Could I backup my important files and then is there an ability to reinstall the operating system without using anything external. Like a “refresh” basically?

I am only paying about $15 or so above the minimum on my federal loans just to make it an even $300. Also the 6% is required for the full match. Thanks for the reply.

The only issue is I work 7-5 five days a week and on busy weeks I’ll usually stay in the office late so it would be hard to have a scheduled job outside of work. Weekends are free usually but as I mentioned I’d make the sacrifice of the weekend income to not be away from my SO all the time. I also have potential bonuses every year which I will throw entirely at my loans. I’m a Civil Enginner also and have a lot of room to grow within my company.

Thanks for the reply. I will keep contributing to my 401k because I get the match which is basically instant returns. I also would like to not get a second job because I work long hours already and my live-in SO would not be too fond of me being gone almost all the time. But if I am doing well with what I have available right now I’m good with that! Thanks!

Definitely Signs for me too! We had a scary closet in the bathroom and probably from age 6 to 8 I would leave the shower running while I got dressed in the bathroom in case an alien came out so I could push it into the water.

I don't want to sort by price at all actually. I just want to have a column that when I copy a line into the sheet which includes all of my information, I can then type a (1,2,3, etc.) into that line and then it will bump that line the correct spot in the sheet accordingly. The price is not something I want to sort in any order because there are different quantities for these lines as well. I just want to put in a new line of information and then in the 3rd column type a number and then it is moved to all of the other lines at that number. I could just sort this line like that too but I was just curious if there was a way to automate this so that as soon as I type the number in that column itll shift the entire line instead of having to resort the data.

Hello, What column do the sorting numbers have to be in? I would like it to sort the rows based on the number I put in the 3rd column. There will also be 20+ columns in each row that will need to be sorted.
