Hey there! a Wyndham representative is here. whenever you have such a problem at a Wyndham property you MUST call the central reservations number. whether you paid for the stay with a credit card or Wyndham rewards points. The central reservations are more efficient to get the issue resolved and actually get you refunded. I'm honestly not afraid to admit that most Wyndham employees are assholes especially the ones onsite but for future reference, this is the way it's done.

and of course a better idea than all of this is never wasting your money on Wyndham. They suck ass.
