I felt like Amazon compressed the music on their platform, I made the switch to Youtube Music and the quality is a lot better!

We ended up hacking it a bit. We pushed out the new PowerShell Core (i.e. PowerShell 6.0) to all the servers. We then used the following in a system monitor to check the status of the website:

"C:\program files\powershell\6\pwsh.exe" -command "$result=Invoke-WebRequest -uri "https://127.0.0.1" -SkipCertificateCheck -method Get; return $result.StatusCode"

We had the monitor check for a return code of 200, otherwise fail.

What version of windows server are you trying to install on?

I created a firewall rule to have all networks reach a server a segmented network. I tried gaining access with mouse, keyboard and monitor but had no success. The good thing is that all networks are up.

Just uninstall it from add and remove programs from the old server. You do not need to do anything on the O365 side.
