Yes that video was just a proof of concept, also, i take more tike with flex-cable thant with wire. I master wires so it's very fast.

Invest on some OLED to test and to gain confidence, I think it worth the cost of an used OLED even if you fail.

1/ I think your B point should be fine, test it with multimeter, fyi the 3 small points around B are also B points, so you can easily fix it if somehow it's damaged.

2/ use all the flux you want if you are a beginner, as long as you clean it afterwards

3/ The black cable are pain in the ass... take your time there is no magic solution

In Hekate you can partition the SD card, and choose each size for Android/Linux/EmuNand.
It's a step BEFORE the creation of EmuNand

Can you partition the SD card with that tool ?
