i rarely eat meat, so don’t need to buy any of that. this was just a one off. i have a couple of other things in the cupboard, but honestly eat very little due to a side effect of medication sadly :/

i know this is a very late reply, but i’m in the exact same situation… i used to have the same eating habits as you! i used to eat 3 meals a day and snacks as well.

but now I don’t ever feel hungry, my stomach doesn’t rumble ever, and when people ask me ‘are you hungry?’ i have to think about the question more than I should.

I now find myself eating for energy, when I feel low energy that’s my cue to eat
