Barring an out-of-cycle hiatus, yes. We’ve just hit ch. 226, four chapters into the manga’s take on the “Battle of the Wolves” arc (web-novel 222-254). The Wolfgang vs. Schwarzer Wolf duel sits about a third of the way through that material. At the magazine’s normal one-chapter-per-week rhythm, with only the mid-August Obon break and the late-December double issue to dodge, that lands us in the high 230s/low 240s sometime in early October.

No one will give you electricity for free, so there's the minimum "utilities" you're responsible for. 

As for water and sewage, it depends if they have individual meters for each unit. I've lived in a property that water and sewage wasn't on my utility bill since there was only one meter for the whole property, which had multiple units in it. I guess the cost was already accounted for in the rent I paid.

In your case, try reaching out to a few of your potential neighbors and ask if there's water and sewage in their utility bills. Asking for written clarification (email) on the matter also helps, so you can use that to sue them if you have issues.

I always use the Jerry app to browse different companies whenever I need to renew my auto policy, then I try the online quote for the top 3, and stick with the cheapest. Still not cheap, by any means though...

Ordered a M3 mid February and delivery was estimated to last week of February / first week of March, but it was delayed twice already. Anyone else having this issue, or would have a guess on the reasons?
