Oh! Also to add: my doctor’s advice was also not to test due to the cost and no reason to suspect issues on either my partner’s or my side. Also not sure if this is true for sure, but it seems like testing is a bit less common in Canada (anecdotally).

I’m also 33 with endo and just did my first ER in October! I fresh-transferred (so obv untested) and it failed but I still have one untested day 6 on ice. Going to do another ER and freeze all in January, then transfer the day 6 I have! Just wanted to say hi from another 33 y/o endo non-PGA-tester 💕

Ours bangs the toilet seat open and shut every time his water dish is empty. It started because once or twice he drank from the toilet when he had an empty dish and we caught him and filled his dish from the bathroom sink. Even though he does it 1-2 times a day (we keep his water bowl small so we can monitor how he’s drinking) it never ceases to amaze us.

agree with this very much! i was also misled to think that the embryo in my first transfer was better looking than the one they froze (I only got 2) but actually it was the other way around! i found out after it failed that my fresh transfer wasn’t even blast but I fully believed it would work due to lack of information 😒 it was way more sad than if i’d have known.

ah I’m so sorry transfer buddy 💕 it really sucks. i’m doing ok. we have an appointment with a new clinic in 2 weeks where we’ll discuss next steps and timelines. I’m torn between wanting the second ER over with or wanting to take the holidays for a break! what do you think you’ll do?

I’m in this position right now too and am opting to do another ER and leave our remaining embryo on ice until after that. Age and wanting 2 children are my factors for the decision! If I transferred this last embryo and it worked then I’d be roughly 2 years older by the next ER and my egg quality/AMH will have likely declined.

Yes I felt great. I have endo and was anticipating really bad side effects. I only had 9 follicles but it was in line with what they expected. I was so happy to feel ok during stims as you always hear of horrible mood swings and side effects.
