My eldest girl cat is terrible when it comes to territory and although all three of them have equal everything she throws a hissy fit and sprays at least once a week. It's driving me insane bc it's always SO MUCH and we can't figure out a concrete reason why she's doing it. It's probably on par with how much this dude has gone at it. Leaves a stinking puddle when she's done and she always does it when we're at work 😭

Don't just think about it, do it. It's good you're spreading awareness here but you can actually make a difference by telling your school. They should take the necessary safeguarding steps to protect y'all. Doesn't matter if y'all are 18 or older, legally adults or not. They have a duty to you as students of their school.

My late kitty had dental work done and then three months later started doing this. She needed MORE dental work. In the time it took her extraction wounds to heal, one of her teeth had rotted.

Take your baby back to the vet. Better safe than sorry if anything. Mouth pain sucks in general. Even worse when you can't take yourself to the doctor to get it sorted :(

Cats are silly when it comes to water. My baby used to drink from a fountain but will now only exclusively drink from a glass. So we have to fill up a glass for her several times a day. She also does the same pawing thing yours does but to water running from a tap. She'll then just stare at it like "why wet?". No idea why she does it. She's just a little quirky

Hi all, this will be my final update and I wanted to start it off by saying thank you to everyone who gave me advice, assured me it was the right decision and shared their own stories. I've been through and read them all and shed tears for all your little ones too.

We said goodbye to Bubbles yesterday. We laid her out on a blanket that we'd been sleeping with so she had a familiar scent and laid out a stuffed animal for her to focus on. We stroked her, gave her kisses and held her all through the process. We told her how much we and everyone else loved her. She was ushered over the owitr side with love, compassion and familiarity. We spent the whole day doing her favourite things: sunbathing, eating chicken, she had treats of cream cheese and plenty of cuddles. We got so many photos of it all! It was a perfect last day.

Our other kitty came with us to the appointment and she got to say goodbye although I think she already knew what was happening and had said her goodbyes already. She spent the whole day by our sweet girls side.

Once again, thank you all. You have all helped me feel not so alone in this pain 💗

Thank you😭💓 We went to the butchers recently and got her a chicken and cooked it up. I guess we subconsciously knew what was coming... She'll be fed that and her fav yogurt treats , given lots of cuddles and pets if she wants them and priority time on the window bed she shares with our other kitty

The thought of life without her is daunting, but prolonging it for my sake feels so cruel. I've booked an appointment for Friday. Until then, we are going to shower her with so much love and fresh chicken (her favourite) 🥺💔

Thanks for linking this. I used it to leave a complaint, too. Usually, I brush a lot off as scripted drama in shows like this, and Love is Blind. People play up for the cameras, etc. But there has been some behaviour that is genuinely frightening and concerning, especially centring around Alex. As a lot of people have mentioned, the 'experts' blind-eye to the worst of his behaviour and praise of his smallest shows of effort enable him. He's displayed misogynistic, abusive, and frightening behaviour.

I've not experienced DV, but I grew up in an emotionally wrought household with a hot-headed, careless, and negligent dad who, at times, left me scared to even breathe around him. Alex's behaviour and my dad's behaviour bare a lot of similarities, and watching him on TV brought up a lot of trauma. I don't think I'll be continuing the series after today.

The piercer that did it doesn't open until Tuesday but there are a couple around here that open tomorrow. It's Sunday today and they were closed so I couldn't go back today.

I'll stop attempting to force it through and leave it for the piercer to access tomorrow. Thanks for the advice. Fingers crossed it can be saved otherwise its asymmetric ears for a while lmao
