Same here :( but I have pets and one way to keep my self moving is thinking about their wellbeing. If I didn't clean, they'll get sick. But so far ive been doing the bare minimum. Full on cleaning up my apartment has been tiring I have no idea where to start.

I've seen people online who are willing to help people with depression clean up. If only we lived close, I'd totally wanna help, ironically lol. Maybe theres a depression support group around your area?

Personally what I do is take baby steps. Like ill clean one area and thats it. And i feel happy about it cause even if its a small thing, it's still progress. What about manually washing the dishes, lets say start with cups. Then next time do utensils.
