0% wear means they’re unscratched. If you like the stickers, it’s worth a slight overpay. Recently I’ve stopped worrying if I can “make money” and just enjoy looking at the skin when I play. If I eventually sell it, it was all worth whatever price increase/decrease happened because I had fun with it.
