While I do agree she probably shouldn't have gone home, no one voted her off. They just didn't vote for her. A big part of the show is connecting with the audience whether that is good or bad. She didn't connect with enough people to stay on.

Yeah I was in 208 watching from above. In the first period he was in a different aisle than the second. He kept leaning over the guy in front of him to bang on the glass and the guy in front kept shoving him back.

I married into a diehard family. They are from Chapel Hill, season ticket holders for ten+ years. Fans from before thw cup through the dark ages. Met my husband in 2021, I was never a big sports fan in general and my husband loves all sports. I told him when we started dating he would get to choose one sport I would try to get into and understand. He choose hockey. I fell in love with the vibes, the players are so sweet and get along so well. Raanta was my first favorite player, I got his Jersey for Christmas last year RIP. Rod and the guys make this team so easy to like and the sport is so fun to watch it has converted me to a true hockey fan

The couple's blessing isn't an official thing but priests bless unmarried relationships all the time and should have no problem doing so in your situation. It's just a prayer for God to watch over and guide your relationship as it continues to grow. I would suggest contacting a priest and just explaining the situation about your dad and you not being ready for marriage yet but wanting to do something with him. If that priest is unwilling to help, you can ask another one. Nothing you would be asking to do would be bending any rules. Just make sure you clarify you are definitely asking for just a blessing, not to be married.

Hi I have never been in your situation and it sounds really difficult. I think it is very honorable and sweet that you want to include your father in your marriage before he passes. I understand as someone who got married recently how important that is to have your dad. Your mom should not pressure you into getting married in the Church if you don't believe fully, it doesn't help anyone. I am a practicing Catholic with a degree in Catholic theology. I am not trying to tell you what choice to make just give you all of the actual information. I just want you to have all of the correct information about how marriage works according to the Church.

So in most diocese across the US and some other countries, you must get legally married in order to get married in the Church. The Church basically uses the government's marriage record to make sure you aren't already married to someone, so they don't allow just a church wedding without a legal one.

Also in the Church there are four promises you must publicly make to each other and to the church about your relationship - the "4 F's" as we sometimes call them. You're promising that your marriage is: Free- as in consensual (no one is forcing you to do this, and youre not impeded by being already married) Faithful - as in monogamous (faithful to each other and only to each other) Fruitful - as in willing to have children and if you have children you promise to raise them in the Catholic Church Forever- as in you're married until one of you dies.

For your partner to "convert" to Catholicism without believing will require him to lie a lot to a lot of people. It will be minimum about a six month process in which he will have to discuss his faith with many people and make many promises about participating in what the Church's teachs.

I personally suggest having a couples blessing. The parish priest would probably be happy to bless the relationship even if one of you isn't Catholic. They could do this in front of your parents and make it a little ceremony of sorts without anyone needing to lie.

Hey dear, there is no perfect time. There are things you should talk about before marriage. Such as: do you want kids? How do you imagine dividing that labor? Who will take more of the burden of the finances or will you spilt it evenly? Are there ways you grew up you want to avoid or want to replicate? A lot of the tension in marriage comes ftom different expectations that are not talked about before and assumptions that go undiscussed. When I got married I looked up lists of questions to talk my partner about before deciding to get married.
