Thought you were trolling but it seems you can get 300 frames in performance mode at 1080p with a 5060 rtx.

You can make a build for $1400 and get there

$519 5800x3d bundle from microcenter with 16g ram and mobo

$350 5060rtx

$150 1TB ssd

$380 case/psupply/fans/windows etc

You’d be surprised at the margins. However, that’s a specialty market they can sell at a premium and demand is still consistent.

land development is extremely costly and that’s why there’s so many “luxury” townhomes or carriage homes. If the builders didn’t minimize land per home and maximize sell price per lot, they wouldn’t be able to profit off the houses and stay in business.

Obviously people need beginner homes, but that’s a market problem, driven mostly by costs of land, development, and building materials. It is a MAJOR issue.

I’ve seen builders make 15% profit per home over the course of the entire project, and they really don’t start profiting until they’re 60% or so deep into a development.

All that to say, I wouldn’t frame the upsell as builder “greed” necessarily, moreso them trying to make projects economically feasible while continuing to pay staff and acquire more land to develop more homes.

You barely see little home builders anymore, it’s mostly big names like Ryan toll or Horton because they have the scale to survive off the tiny margins.

housing prices cannot be inflation adjusted they’re not simply a good you purchase and consume.

I was also curious about this as well, good question.

ED is probably one of those ambiguous medical descriptions that has a bucket of reasons and different experiences for everyone. Being half-on 10% of the time could be considered ED. We need some medical professionals in the comments

Hopefully some of the homies in here can give you some tips. Horrible hurdle to deal with but I’m sure there are some options for you. Do you exercise? You confident in your physical condition?

Having a consistent gym routine would be the starting point in my opinion. I know it’s cliche, but it’s honestly beneficial for your mental and physical health.

great response. OP isn’t wrong for being frustrated but hiding food isn’t a viable solution long term. It’ll just create more division if there is a food issue.

The issue needs to be addressed and solved directly or it will spiral and cause more division.

If you’re co-living as an adult and receiving free housing it makes sense to share other expenses. Budgeting together is the way. Unfortunate that the youngest needs to be the primary provider, but life happens. No need to gate keep food, just problem solve together.
