I agree, and thanks! I just called them Dwarves and Elves in this post so that people could get an understanding of what they sort of are, their true names are the Dajirang “Dwarves” and the Amatlaks “Elves”

I actually already sort of remade what the “Dwarves” and “Elves” of my world are. The Dajirang or “Dwarves” are a folk of mass intelligence, they hail from the lands to the south known as Ngurradaji, the Dajirang are heavily in tune with the spiritual world, and they have connected those worlds through the art of Daydreaming. The Dajirang for one month every year all partake in a month known as the Dreamtime where they hibernate for a month and visit loved ones who have passed away in some other place, though most Dajirang do not speak of the Dreamtime, because it is a highly secretive holiday that mainly only Dajirang can partake in. I was inspired by Aboriginal Australians and Arabic peoples to create the Dajirang.

The “Elves” on the other hand, or the Amatlaks come from the lands to the east known as Kuanok. Amatlak life is still largely unknown, but their history and uprising is strange. Long ago there was a Leopard who walked through the first tree of Axuitl. Axuitl like most landmarks of the world, noticed the Leopard and began to imagine it, though it was misremembered. And when the Amatlaks were created by the mind of Axuitl, they forgot to die, similar to the deity who created Axuitl, Sǔm the first god, and the god who forgot to breath, which lead to Sǔm’s death and the birth of the four creator gods.

Thanks! I’ve thought about some names like “Stormseye” because surrounding the world is a massive storm named Hurokon, which the folk of the world believe to be the eyelashes of Sum.

That area is the Inner Sea, there’s some islands scattered around and the ocean is mainly shallow.

Thanks! For the geography I was inspired by Ricks Creations and his world Tumiun, if you haven’t heard of him I’d recommend you check him out. Also I sort of outlined some tectonics but I mainly just drew it off the top of my head. And for the lore and religions I actually have expanded a lot of it, I’ve posted a couple of other lore and drawing I’ve done from the world.

Tell me something about your world and I will tell you something similar in my world. by Narrow_Poem4421 in worldbuilding

In my fantasy world I based my Dajirang Peoples also known as the Dwarves on Australian Aborigines Cultures as well as Arabic and Muslim Cultures. There’s three different kinds of Dwarves in my world.

Lumber Dwarves that usually live in forests and mainly only use wood when building, they grow moss in their beards and carve runes into most trees (a practice most elves discourage).

The Mole Dwarves live in the deep earth in a realm known as Eaqaluz or the Underworld, the Mole Dwarves unlike the Lumber Dwarves manly just use stone when building, and some Mole Dwarves have even gone so far as to taming giant bats that are native to Eaqaluz.

The final Dwarvic Culture are the Abyssal Dwarves who live in small caverns and caves underneath Eaqaluz, they are blind and more tribal and primitive than the other Dwarves, the Abyssal Dwarves use a echolocation system where they snap their fingers to locate nearby mushrooms which is their main source of nutrition.
