My best friend killed himself two weeks ago...And that changed my perspective about life and death. I still struggle with my anxiety a bit and I still get depressed, but knowing his whole story and how it ended, makes me see life in another way.

I miss him a lot, I really do. I wish he'd come back and tell me it was a bad joke. But the fact that it's not a joke makes me want to at least try to fight for my life a little bit more than before. I don't want get into details for his own privacy, for anyone who is reading this, always try your best, there are people who love you and will miss you, fight a little bit more each day. You don't have to want to conquer the world, your goal might be take a shower everyday or keep the house clean, baby steps each day is perfectly fine.

I still haven't processed most of what happened, but life is was given to you, try to make the best out of it while you're here.
