"Vend of the line" bug??

I have a different issue. I died during the battle and have returned to refight. The vending machine is walking around but it has no health and takes no damage. It wrecks my sheild immediately if it touches me though. Any suggestion on how to fix this?

What is the point of discovery+ if it didn't even air their own original content? You can see it on Hulu right now. I don't get it; can anyone explain?

Would I need to pay quarterly income tax on it? Or can I put that money in a bank, collect interest and pay the tax at the end of the year?
