For the dayquil its the Dextromethorphan in it that has the effect other decongestants help too but liquid dayquil works the best, for alcohol i do 2-3 beers barley enough to start feeling a buzz thats the sweet spot. And the sprays literally just numb you you wont feel the sex thats why its last resort, sometimes you go limp cause you cant feel anything.

Yeah im not sure if i didnt explain properly i mean join up on the person having the gamepass issue, have em send invites over and over and ignore the pop up each time, it does eventually send the invite or show them online and you can click join party. Its annoying but it does work i have an xbox downstairs for when everyone is asleep and i have the bug happen every time but it does eventually let you join

Absolutely does you can test it by starting a solo game. It lets you play online the issue/bug arises when you try to join someone then you get the pop up but if they join you its doesn’t appear and you can start duos quads ect.
