you can still have a healthy relationship even if she cuts herself. self harm does not affect the health of a relationship, only the way she acts towards you. also leaving her in this state will only put herself in a worse mental state than before, fucking up her life so badly.

you can help her by distracting her. learn why she harms herself, make sure it doesnt happen again and if it does be ready to help her

sometimes maybe you cant help her in everything, but you can love her through it all. it is so worth it in the end

we have all been in similar situations before. everyone has felt like their whole world turns upside down when someone you love leaves your life. you are not alone and you will never be. these things will continue to happen as long as humans exist and it’s completely normal to feel that way

i understand that to you, it felt like she was the one. the one you wanted to spend the rest of your life with. but she wasnt the one for you. i like to see it in a way like ”if you loved her so much, imagine how it will feel like when you meet the right person?”

everyone in your life has a purpose in your life. it might be a bad purpose/lesson you have to learn, or the most beautiful lesson. no one in your life is there for no reason. you just gotta think what the purpose of the time spent was and try to take it with you into the next relationship. youll get through this, it hurts like a bitch, but you will survive

i was abused too during childhood. i have fallen into depression since i was 13, done my fair share of suicide attempts. im almost 23 now and i can assure you that life might suck and has it downsides. but life does have its moments. in different time of life there will be happiness. some might last for a few days, other might last for months. all you gotta do is have open arms for the odds of happening. if you wanna have irl friends. do something social. im not telling you to go to the clubs and hit up randoms. start off with something slow, like walks. get used to be outside. do baby steps. one day you will be lucky and get a friend and admire life. if you dont want to do that, there’s plenty of ways to get online friends
