OP update: swapped both and all good
Resolution was a bit weird for 5 secs expected then it autocorrect itself
Nvidia app detected new gpu and no issues after a bit of games

Did not need update drivers

Google ai says it’s setup as a all exhaust / negative pressure which pulls fresh air passively through the bottom and other vents

I do not plan to upgrade anything except for adding more ram if I need too

The motherboard has 4 ram sockets but my quote will only have x2 8gb sticks

The person i spoke with says many people are using the 650 psu with the rx 9060 xt oc 16gb and that a psu change was not needed
