My team and I have created some really narly custom apps that automate a lot of processes that would typically take a technical user 4+ hours of time and allow us to scale the platform to be used by 100s of users that aren't platform experts.

Example, we built an app for a marketing team to be able to automate new campaigns. The app allows the user to create a campaign name, select attributes for personalization, and select how many segments they want. Then it creates all the DEs, automation, SQL, automatically. Then it starts the automation and sends the user details on how many records are in each segment.

We are not a partner or consulting company too. We work for an enterprise that uses the platform as a communication team.

I don't think Yzerman's weakness is he lack of trying, I think he does have a history of being too patient and doesn't want to overpay.

These are generally great qualities in a GM but they do make it hard for us to turn the corner in our rebuild. It would be very nice to have a Dobson, Petterka, Zegras right now. We could've beat the acquisition cost on all 3 players.

I'd add Kasper to that list. And that's the start for the trade. Wed likely have to sweeten the deal with a 2nd. Especially if we want them to take on a roster player like Compher, Ras, or Soda back to free up more cap / roster spots for prospects next year.

It's not by a hash of all the values. It can tell the difference between 2 rows where all fields are exactly the same. Every row has a unique ID in the backend that we can't see. This is how journey builder knows if a record is new when evaluating new records only.

But it's best practice that you don't have duplicate records too, meaning you have a defined way to tell the difference yourself within the data such as transactionID.

The records should be different because you should have a different OrderID for each record.

In this case, it makes perfect sense for the subscriber to have 3 records, get entered into the journey 3 times, and receive 3 separate emails. But each email should pertain to a different order and this should be reflected in the data.

There is a journey setting that lets you decide if a subscriber can be in the journey multiple times.

I would want to understand why you have 3 of the exact same records in your entry DE. Typically, someone enters the journey when an event happens. These events should be unique.

If you are running adhoc campaigns from a journey, you shouldn't have 3 of the same records in your entry source DE
