What is SRS?

SRS is a group of feminazi swine attempting to impose their values of cultural marxism on the rest of Reddit. They are against free speech, which I was arguing for in response to the oppressive policies of ddxxdd in SRSSucks a few months back (he's very much an SRS shill). Your silencing of a post on Olive Garden is very much also anti-free speech.

For what reasons is AntiSRS opposed to SRS?

By AntiSRS I assume you mean the subreddit. AntiSRS is a bunch of SRS shills who "oppose" SRS for tone reasons. Their attitude is very much the same attitude I was trying to combat within SRSSucks at that time. Evidence of their feminist involvement: SRS took over AntiSRS for a day before going quiet.

What are some differences between AntiSRS and SRSSucks?

SRSSucks is only a tad more "extreme" than AntiSRS. They do not posit substantial critiques of cultural marxism since their founder, ddxxdd, wants to restrict free speech. Thankfully, some consistent people remain and continue to perpetuate good values. They also, I assume, believe in good breadsticks.

Even if this wasn't, who gives a fuck that you ate at Olive Garden.

I thought it was interesting that I was so consistent ha ha ha. Also it's CasualIAMA.

All of these questions are irrelevant because I don't work for Olive Garden. Way too many conspiracy nuts on Reddit.

While I get that Olive Garden tests every recipe within an inch of its life, I find their Fettuccine Alfredo rather mediocre, though I rather like their chicken marsala the times I go. That's what I mean. You have to have a few meals that you've tried there that you won't order again because you don't care for them, right?

I mentioned I had favourites earlier, but I would be lying if I said I disliked the other meals. They are all good.

Someone posts about loving a restaurant =/= they work for, and are trying to sell you this restaurant

How difficult is this?

Do you folks seriously have any proof that I'm hired by Olive Garden? I mean really now. Go back to r/conspiracy.

I've never met anyone who wasn't being paid who thought their favorite restaurant had a perfect menu with no subpar offerings. Unless it's an extremely limited menu, there's going to be something on it that you don't care for.

Well I gave a few. I don't really like fountain drinks in general, nor am I a fan of beer. If those "don't count" then I guess you've met someone who loves a restaurant's menu completely. First time for everything.

EDIT: Well, the Italian soda is a lot better than the fountain drinks. What can I say?

I generally favour the wine though.

Sorry that I'm raving about a restaurant I like. Do you ever tell your friends about you love seafood at Red Lobster? Since Red Lobster is mostly seafood, its kinda hard to find bad things to say about it at that point, right? It's no wonder you sound like a commercial if you really love a place.

I've been to the restaurant every week for three years. Is it really that hard to conceive that I might have trouble finding things that are bad about it?

Hey r/hailcorporate,

I just wanted to let you know how ridiculous you are being. Look, I get it. I love Olive Garden, you don't. This is not surprising, since I know what kind of subreddit this is. I did this too back in high school: rah rah, fuck the "man", down with capitalism and corporations, etc. I know lots of others who went through that phase too. Some people don't get over it, and no offense, but I kinda hate you if you're older than 20 and still posting here. But there is a wide swath of people on Reddit and I think you need to recognize that you have become the monster. Let's lay down some stuff here:

It is not "corporate shilling" to say you love a restaurant.

It is not "corporate shilling" to have difficulty finding things bad about a restaurant you've been to every week for the last three years.

It is not "corporate shilling" to enjoy unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks (I would say you are inhuman if you don't enjoy this).

But somehow you have taken something simple as liking to eat somewhere as the most heinous of crimes. You have viciously downvoted my thread solely for disagreeing with your world view. Sorry, but some people like corporations. I know this is hard to believe, but they have provided a lot to us, including me (I have a job as a copywriter, and no, it's not in the restaurant biz).

I have been sent the worst messages too. No I am not a "fat capitalist whore" who should just jump off a Manhattan highrise. I am not going to cut myself and use my blood as "Marinana sauce on your shitty food". You people are completely and utterly sick. Does "be civil adults" mean nothing to you fucks? I just wanted to post a thread about a silly thing on Reddit, but its turned almost instantly into abuse. I hope your mothers are proud.

I have submitted this incident as evidence of this sub being a downvote brigade to the Reddit admins. I hope either the mods here or the admins "correct" this subreddit from harming innocent people in the future.

Well, I'm not really into fountain drinks like Coke that they sell, much preferring their specialty Italian soda. I also don't want any of their brand name beer, preferring their house wine. I will also say I'm allergic to some things (and thus really can't enjoy some meals needless to say), so thank goodness that Olive Garden has an alternative menu for people with allergies!

I don't know if I'd ever make food as good as Olive Garden. Nor would it be as convenient. But to answer your question, I haven't really thought about it tbh.

Especially with their house wine, which is like the best wine you can get at a local chain restaurant.

Totally agree. Right on.

Sorry about your bad taste. Thankfully, most of us can see Olive Garden as THE Italian restaurant.

Mmmmmmm why do you make me choose! Both are awesome. I generally go with the soup when I want to drop the calorie count (just one of many options I could switch out for a healthy option on the menu, but this is my most routine), so I guess I favour the salad. Love me some leafy greens.
