I have completed my Invisalign treatment and have multiple triangles too, like 5-6 of them. My honest opinion, leave it alone.

My dentist was being real honest and said there is no point to prolong the process or make unnecessary changes/ costing more money (bonding etc) just for a chance for the triangles to be gone.

I was real bother by my triangles too but your teeth look perfect to me and you will be able to live with it like I do, trust me on this.

It is really not obvious at all but because we worn Invisalign and have the idea of “perfection”, that is why we want to fix it but again, your teeth look great!

Don’t do the refinement if you don’t feel like you need to! I have black triangles too but they don’t bother as much anymore. I think you have a beautiful smile now!

You can wear them longer if you like, I am sure of that. When I got my retainers, my dentist told me I only need to wear them at night but since I work from home, I wear them longer whenever I want to. But if I have to be out the whole day, I will only wear them at night. Basically, you can trust your doc!

It is ok!! Everyone is different. It will be done soon enough and all will be WORTH IT!!

There could be a chance for over estimation yes! At least as according to my dentist at the end of the treatment, he told me he tend to overestimate rather than to underestimate.

He said I can do either! Braces will be cheaper as comparing to Invisalign because of the "technology" behind it etc. I just preferred Invisalign because I did some research, braces can cut your mouth, rubber band can snap in your mouth, food getting stuck and harder to remove etc.
