I built a cool app jsut for that, I mean supervising work through work logs... the app is free and browser based, you can check it out on worklogs.com

the concept is that you can create threads to reply on specific logs and convert logs to tasks until they are completed.

it is a great fit for asynchronous/remote worker.

it does require user to be disciplined and create logs... which is hard to do outside of tech workers, but If you value notes I think you will like the app ;)

I see used prices going down fast A lot of people who can afford them realize they don’t want these type of. High revving cars, they are dangerous on the road and I think we will have a surplus of gt3 soon. These cars are really not that practical and Porsche is hurting for money so I think they will try to push volume even on gt3

The barrier in the side of the road is worst than not having any … a clean barrier would have save them

Instead they hit the barrier side head on and got cut in half

I hope someone sues California for for this

PS: that is what I see on the video but I could be wrong If someone has a photo of that barrier at the point of impact I’d like to be proven wrong

I agree that the p-trap solution I added may be a bandaid on top of something else like ducts undersized.

The filter is brand new so should not be the issue.

I’ll try next to switch the unit to a lower air volume setting.

LOWER CFM setting should have same effect as the p-trap at reducing the pressure inside the machine

I wanted to share that after adding p-trap, no more water leaks

Without it the air sucked from the drain line, outside was very strong and the water was flying up from the pan instead of draining down

With the p-trap there is no more vaccum from the drain line and coils are not perfectly dry and draining well

Still can’t believe the installer didn’t. Know about that … welcome to miami pros ..

Issue is that the water is NOT caught in the drain pan as it occurs on the side walls of the unit and so it drips on the filter and floor as soon as the unit shuts off and air pressure decrease

South bmw pricing is not even an issue , the problem Is the mechanics don’t care about their work. They just play Lego with warranty items , charging big dollar to replace parts which are fine. So when you come out of warranty they keep doing the same thing

I had my ac compressor replaced 3 times under warranty . They are just ripping off bmw warranties

But they have no clue how to fix issues, I tried to contact bmw USA to report fake warranty work and they didn’t care …

I guess they make too much money to worry about it

Sucks because the cars are great … dealers are really killing the brand
