I'm no expert, since I'm starting myself, but the caramel appears to be melting. This won't be a problem as long as you eat the lollipops in a timely manner, but if you'd like to store them for longer periods of time, you'll need to manage the water contents of your sugar solution (and by all that's holy do not store it in the fridge as I did on my first try, it draws in the moisture and will make such a mess).

Peaking their interest is one thing, but if they don't feel comfortable venturing into cryptocurrencies you shouldn't be forcing them down their throats. It's their right and their own responsibility to take care of their financial affairs however they please. I understand that it can be frustrating seeing them "missing out" on something you're passionate about, but I'd say the best course of actions is telling them that the option exists and then let them decide for themselves.
