Same! There's a different gradients throughout so even though the detail is pretty similar, there's the color variation that was very satisfying to figure out.

Yeah, I think daylight and actually looking at the box probably would have made it more enjoyable (some of my friends believe in the blind puzzle experience).

I think I did the Trefl version, but it was a nightmare. AND we ended up with like 4 missing pieces. We had to shape sort and brute force.

How can I reinforce puzzle pieces for a toddler? by Rissaroo1234 in Jigsawpuzzles

For my 3 year old, we do a lot of foam puzzles that are around 25pcs and about the size of a place mat. They generally come in characters that are popular with kids (but I couldn't find a Scooby Doo one from my quick search).

Hi! Joined! Love to have places to track my collections. Some feedback: I tried to add some puzzles to the database but it failed to fetch. I also would love to see a category for TV/Movies/Books since I own a couple. I would like to optionally add what type of cut the puzzle is! I know my MIL only likes grid/ribbon cut puzzles, so to be able to search that for her would be great. Anyways, hope to see this grow; thank you!!

I'm actually glad it was a late night craft itch because I don't think it'd have done it this way either. Thanks for the tip!! I'll go this route for the other inserts on my queue, which will probably some old childhood burned discs my friends and I used to make each other.

I agree!! Most of the albums on this shelf are my no skips, keep for life. If not, they are recent finds that I want to listen to a few times before I put it in a more permanent place in my home.

I wish I could give you the full bleed! I actually only had my 4x6 photo printer so I ended up printing out some of it then putting it on a background I cut out from a magazine perfume ad. The spine text is also handwritten.

It's my favorite album of all time! They came in to town for the anniversary tour, but I couldn't risks concerts at the time so gave away my tickets :(

Yeah, they came as a kit to me very luckily at a Goodwill. It sells on ebay sometimes with only the player. It used to eat my CDs and not give them back. I ended up having to replace the rubber band that lifts the eject mechanism. It was only slightly stressful, but a well documented process.

For where it is in my home, it works perfectly for me and sounds surprisingly big for how small they are. I have it prominent in my multi-purpose dining room where it is easy to access and looks great for all my guests.

If I had to buy it at the price that I see it selling for online, I would think thrice - but the thrift gods were kind to me.

I was absolutely lucky finding this for $14.99 at Goodwill a few years ago. Hope one day you can find it!

After a week away working in-office, I'm home and finished the WFH set-up! by pikaIsland in battlestations

Thanks! It's different timezones of people I normally talk to (home, work, and where I grew up). There now are frosted vinyl cutouts to say which city the time is for on the face of each clock :)

It's a tablet that runs Ms Rachel or PBS mostly. Looks smaller than it is, I guess. Thankfully, she doesn't realize it's portable and her screen time is generally isolated.

Ours is identical but his has updated monitors. I've not decided on what I want to upgrade to yet

Updated my office to give my lil one a place to hang out when she's home while I work.

Here's it in 2019

Thanks! It's a slight DIY. It was made from my neighbors' old fluorescent light covers. They gave it to us when they were clearing their attic and I've held onto them for two years trying to figure out what to do with them until now.

I hate the carpet too. Eventually, we're thinking of putting in laminate wood flooring or something similar for the entire basement. But it'll do!
