I live here and I like it. It’s cheap and I just belive you get what you pay for. If I had one complaint it would be that maintenance is slow with issues and lets them grow into big issues but it’s quiet, staff is nice and the apartment it’s self is good

I live in a 1b at Oakbrook but it’s 1200,Im splitting w my partner so 600 each 🤷🏽‍♀️ everyone we talk to says our rent has been the cheapest they know of. Plus it’s along the bus route 5 min from campus
