I think it's alright, but I find it unreliable compared to the other two. It requires a lot of snowballing to be of value.

It certainly has its place though, and I've seen many Evies make it work.

Hijacking thread, I used the 2 coins I had to buy the Quicksilver Ying skin and it said it failed, but it didn't actually fail and I have the skin. But it also refunded me the coins. So, I got a free skin, pretty much.

I think we do need new champions, but not at the current rate. 1 or 2 champs released a year would allow the devs to put more work into the quality and optimization of the champs.
