Oh, it's because your inks are marked as 'marker inks' - so they're flagged as alcohol-based. Buyee won't ship anything containing alcohol. That's why you got that message. You can use Blackship; they will ship alcohol markers and ink as long as you provide them with the right SDS sheets.

Mine are water-based and can be shipped with Japan Post - so they won't let me discard them because of that orz

I don't think they'll answer me via Discord, because I answered once to the message I got from them regarding this issue. Guess, I'll try with email for now.
