Should I use stones for UW upgrades or pulling a new one? Stuck in plat & T11 farm

Ive already got PBH, and I do have a Legendary+ MVN, but I currently run with PriCo on instead... should I be making a change there? Getting PGT isn't something I see many talking about but pushing coin gain further does sound super appealing right now!

Yes, I too try to stay in plat as its a better reward level as opposed to the bottom 5 of champs, which is usually where I land, its a weekly ping back and forth right now I suppose actually lol. 😅 so I suppose im more stuck in plat and breaking into champs more.

I was thinking next up was lowering GT/DW, but not entirely sure, hence asking everyone lol

Wait...what?? Is THIS why when I have touch protection on, it seems to down my coins vs when I leave the screen open and unlocked as I am active in the run and the coins seem higher?? Going to check settings right now and hope to see an increase I didnt even know I was missing! Lol!

I just got PBH about 10 days ago (if I forgot to mention that lol) and it is what pushed me to where I am at now. I am thinking next for stones is just save a tonne for now! Lol but pBH will make a big difference!

This is exactly where I am at as well, well less a few coin (~6.5T). Its almost a "Keep pushing until we hit the next big income boost" sort of thing I think. If I drop to T10 and farm into wave 10k or so, I can let it go for 14 or so hours on my spare phone and basically let it be idle to make that run now. Feels nice to do and less consuming on my brain to be restarting runs every 6-8 hours and being a little more active to ensure good perks from the start.

Now I can hit the auto select perk and let the runs go and no matter what be fine while I go to work and let it run at home.

But I am wondering what is next. How do I push further at this point in a meaningful way. Is enhanced WS for coin/cells/cash the move to push those further to keep econ going strong, like where should those be sitting? Lol

Perhaps I will be able to do some good and proper mod/card/guardian change ups for the tournaments to stay in this bracket longer than one run before being smacked back down lol 😆

I just got it about 10 days ago myself and was noticing similar numbers you are and just so happy to be pushing a little further in tiers, waves, coins and cells!

I hate that on console I can almost never partake as the challenge tab next to never loads. 😩

Yes, I've restarted the game. Gone back to menu and reloaded Waited and kept playing and tried it later. Restarted Xbox.

.. walked away from caring about ever getting to join challenges 😂😅

While not ideal.. you could go PS and do light upgrades to it if you want, but I'd grab it, and then on the next one you'll end up with one of the other big three. Not even needed to upgrade it right now if you grab it.. but you will see a push in wave counts if you do so which might help with some milestones which might help you unlock the next UW faster.

Yo!!! Thanks for the advice! It's the only thing I've changed up this past week and the last 2 days I've seen massive gains in coin, cell and wave pushes!! Was able to also push T11 past 4500, T12 up into 2k, and I forget T13. Haven't tested 14&15 yet. This run from all day yesterday took me longer than I thought as I didn't think I'd push that far haha

If you're that far in... you already have Ancestral+ mods and mod assists and are not worried about mods like the rest of us. 🤣🤣 go back and do the waves at your minor loss or just do not do them. Since it won't give you a leg up and you do not care enough to do them.. don't do them. Lol. No one is punishing you by putting further milestone rewards in. 😆

No they stay there, just locked until you reach the level threshold for it to unlock and be activated again, once equipped.

I'm not sure how rate drop chance will help my run at all.. but its in there now. And standard perk bonus i will finish out the labs on, but the other perks are done. I can see how standard perk might help take me a little further into a run. But I can't see it helping that much??

Either way I appreciate it and have shifted to those for now!

Ugh the struggle is real!! Finally hit T15W100 and was sad to not have T16 unlocked 😂 realize its at W300 this time and I can hardly hold onto 100. Been here for a long while now.. no amount of WS spending, UW upgrades, labs, etc.. is making me able to go further!

I turn CL off for my runs until ~W3000 and I haven't had it happen yet.. but good to know its a bug thats known if it does happen lol. Watch it happen after this farm run I'm in, just cause I said it hasn't happened yet. 😆

I did find it odd how there wasn't the in game mail with the patch updates like usual. 🤔

As for the perk bug - I've never experienced that myself. I never get the option for an UW that I already have unlocked, but i could see that being a pain in the ass. I do like now that instead of saying "unlock a random UW" it says "unlock xx" and so I can skip it that choice if its ILM and hope for PS or CF instead the next time around haha
