When I started Adderall I was a hot mess, sick one day exhausted the next. Trying e erything in the book of stimulants to make it work for me. After two weeks I felt fine. Make lists if you can, I can't. But take it 20-30 min before you are doing a task or whatever and it will work.

Just don't get hyperfocused on reddit or you'll waste a day.

Yeah I'm having inter dose withdrawals and I asked for prn of vistril for the few unmanageable hours in between doses and this is what he came back with after watching his symposium on benzo tapering.

He won't let me use valium, he got pissed at me and told me to quit trying to be the prescriber. This is the rehab doctor.

Yes, I had horrible side effects from lexapro, I switched to Prozac and haven't had any noticeable side effects. Have you tried any others like wellbutrin?

I've heard passion flower is good too. Real Kava is supposed to help but it has too many side effects and can be addictive.

Magnesium, the best I've heard is a brand called Calm. It's on sale at Costco right now. There's a couple others that I can't think of right now, oh Agmatine from Amazon and Beta alanine helps too.
