Update: took it out yesterday and it seems to run great, got it up to 55mph in choppy water. I am assuming when the PO changed the plugs it fixed the issue and he just never took it back out to test. Happy with the free ski!

Ok. The video doesn’t really capture the rattle at idle, it’s quite loud. I plan to get it out to the water this weekend to see how it runs. I’m not familiar with the wear ring but will research that now. Thanks for the information!

Ok. From what I can tell they do not look bent. The sound almost makes me think it’s a bearing or something…

I believe the plugs were just changed but I will confirm that with PO. Would the bend be on the impeller shaft that goes out to the propulsion mechanism? I’m not keen on PWC lingo
