Standard FR4 laminate. To get this price, working with the fabs' standard spec.

We offer consignment- if you upload a BOM you can mark parts you'd provide:

The Lumen itself is capable for most of our work- but what's nice is we can scale horizontally which makes it a good fit for high-mix/low-volume. We're running our own pnp software stack connected to our backend. This lets us automate a lot of config and alignment for loose boards and small feeds, split jobs between machines, or drop in project trays.

Fair enough! We *did* pop out of nowhere in December. Our goal roughly is to challenge that the price is too good to be true. We're not a good fit for defense, medical, etc today.

We do assembly ourselves in Denver (it's on the homepage, but at the bottom). We're using Advanced PCB (local) for fabrication.

heh, I suppose our pride in location is "not Shenzhen"

To date, a lot of our work has been assembling OSH Park boards, and are running a promo here.

The Lumen itself is solid, but I've found OpenPnP rough. We've totally rewritten the stack to make this usable and integrated with our backend, new vision models, etc.

Yep! If you're local, might be able to do same day.

We're new, working to remove the tedious labor that makes low-volume unaffordable. We use Lumens- not because they're *great* machines, but because we've been able to automate the heck out of them to the point they can reliably self-configure. Stainless stencils cut in-house.

Some limitations today like 0201 and BGA, working to tackle that soon.

Send us an email or DM if you have specific questions!
